2. Overview

OWC creates fully on-chain, digital-first timepieces known as the OWC Evolution Collection. These watches are inscribed directly onto Bitcoin using the Ordinals protocol and may evolve visually through optional reinscription events.

Our platform offers:

• Access to public minting (when available)

• Tools to preview, reinscribe, and showcase your OWC Evolution piece

• A Collector Gallery featuring community-created builds

OWC does not sell or ship physical watches as part of the Evolution collection.

3. Eligibility

To engage with OWC products, you must:

• Own a Bitcoin wallet capable of receiving and viewing Ordinal inscriptions

• Have the legal right to participate in blockchain transactions in your jurisdiction

We do not offer refunds, reversals, or recoveries of inscriptions once they are made on the Bitcoin blockchain.

4. Ownership and Digital Rights

When you mint or purchase an OWC Evolution watch, you own the Ordinal inscription on Bitcoin associated with that digital asset. This includes:

• The visual and functional representation of the watch

• Its rarity traits and on-chain history

• The satoshi it is inscribed on

You may display, resell, or transfer your watch as you choose. However, OWC retains all intellectual property rights related to:

• The OWC brand and logo

• The EVOLUTION mark

• Custom watch design components, including original visual assets, UI elements, and reinscription mechanics

Commercial reproduction, modification, or distribution of OWC assets for third-party projects is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Re-inscription Events

OWC may periodically offer optional re-inscription events, allowing collectors to evolve their timepieces by adding new features, design elements, or artist collaborations. Participation is entirely voluntary.

Each re-inscription becomes a new child inscription linked to your original watch. Once re-inscribed, changes are permanent and immutable.

OWC reserves the right to set eligibility rules and time limits for future events.

6. No Custodial Services

OWC does not provide custodial wallet services. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your private keys and Ordinal assets. OWC cannot access, recover, or modify inscriptions once they have been written to the Bitcoin blockchain.

7. Risks

By participating in OWC minting or re-inscription, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of using blockchain technology, including:

• Potential wallet mismanagement

• Network congestion or delays

• Loss of access due to forgotten seed phrases or corrupted devices

• Future changes in protocol standards

OWC is not liable for losses resulting from user error, third-party wallets, blockchain instability, or Ordinals-related market volatility.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations resulting from the acquisition, resale, or transfer of OWC assets in your jurisdiction.

9. Termination and Access

OWC reserves the right to restrict access to future events or services in the event of suspected abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected with a new “Last updated” date and published on this page.
